How do I report a bug or problem with an app?
Email support@hardballtech.com with a description of the issue, the app name and version (found in the app's Settings or the App Store), and your device model and iOS version. We investigate all reports promptly.
The app crashed or isn't working. What should I try first?

Try these steps in order:

  1. Force-close the app and reopen it
  2. Restart your iPhone or iPad
  3. Check for an app update in the App Store
  4. Ensure your iOS version is up to date

How do I manage or turn off app notifications?
Go to Settings → Notifications on your iPhone or iPad, find the app, and adjust your preferences there.
How do I request a refund for an in-app purchase?
All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple manages all billing and refund requests.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device to view, manage, or cancel any active subscriptions.
How do I request deletion of my account or data?
Email privacy@hardballtech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
