This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications, websites, and services published or operated by Hardball Technologies LLC ("Hardball Technologies," "we," "us," or "our"), including all iOS applications published under this developer account.

Hardball Technologies LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Payment information, processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system (we do not store payment card details)

  • Usage Data: Features used, screens visited, actions taken within the app, session duration, and crash reports

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

Unless explicitly stated within a specific application, we do not collect:

4.1 Service Providers

4.2 Apple & Platform Services

Our iOS applications are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We use Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchases; payment data is handled entirely by Apple.

4.3 Analytics

We may use analytics tools to help understand app usage. Any analytics data collected is aggregated and anonymized to the extent possible. We do not use analytics services that allow third parties to target you with advertising based on your use of our apps.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hardball Technologies, our users, or others.

4.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before such a transfer and your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete that information from our systems.

8.1 iOS Device Permissions

Our apps may request access to certain device features (such as camera, notifications, or other sensors). You can manage these permissions at any time in your iOS Settings app. Revoking a permission may limit certain functionality of our apps.

8.2 Notifications

If you have opted in to receive push notifications, you can opt out at any time by disabling notifications in your iOS Settings.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information. We do not sell personal information. California residents may request to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell, and may request deletion of their personal information, subject to certain exceptions. 10. International Data Transfers

Hardball Technologies is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
